Where necessary, information may also be processed for legitimate business administration, professional obligations and legal compliance.
Enquiry forms, email and WhatsApp
Website enquiries may be processed through the website hosting and form service and notified to authorised ASA staff. If you choose WhatsApp, your message opens in WhatsApp and is transmitted only when you choose to send it. WhatsApp is provided by a third party and its own privacy terms apply.
Sharing and service providers
ASA may share information with employees, professional advisers, consultants and service providers where reasonably needed to handle an enquiry or provide services, and when required by law. The practice does not sell visitor enquiry information. Service providers may store or process information outside South Africa, subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or applicable professional, contractual and legal obligations. Reasonable security safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
